Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please create an unboxing video as evidence and keep all packaging materials along with the damaged items. Submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To report a damaged order, contact us at info@delmeds.com or call +91 9495966606 (11am–6pm, Mon–Sat).

  1. Report damage within 24–48 hours of delivery
  2. Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be processed and delivered within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability and courier constraints
  3. If the damaged item is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days to your original payment method

Cancellation Policy: Once your order has been dispatched from our hub or the tracking number is updated, cancellation is not possible. We rely on third-party courier partners for delivery, making it challenging to cancel orders after dispatch. Any delivery queries or issues will be promptly escalated to our courier partner.

Cancellation due to Returned Shipment: If your shipment is returned to our Delmeds warehouse due to reasons such as RTO (Return to Origin) or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once the shipment reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3–5 working days.

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation if you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner. In such cases, kindly refuse to accept the order at delivery. Once we receive the order back in our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3–5 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Delmeds, we are committed to delivering accurate, genuine, and undamaged medicines and products with every order. We take quality seriously at every step — from sourcing to packaging to dispatch.

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice anything wrong — a wrong item, damaged packaging, missing product, or any other discrepancy — reach out to us immediately. The sooner you flag it, the faster we can make it right.

Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us, and we will do our best to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.

Key timelines at a glance:

  1. Return request must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery

Initiating a Return Request: You can initiate a return request up to 7 business days after receiving your order.

Replacement and Reshipping Fee: Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. Exchanges are only available within the hair dye/colour category, and courier charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Return for Refund: If you wish to return a product, we'll arrange a return pick-up on your behalf. In some cases, courier charges may apply. Before handing over the shipment, please print the shipping label shared with you via email and affix it securely to the package.

For quality verification at the time of return pickup, please share the following three images of the product in advance:

  1. Product is unopened, sealed, and unused
  2. Product is in the same condition as shipped
  3. Product with all original packaging materials intact

Return Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of tampering. The outer carton must be undamaged, and the security seal and barcode must remain fully intact.

Quality Check and Re-shipment: If a replacement request is not approved after quality inspection, the same item will be re-shipped to you. For damaged or defective products reported within the claim window, re-shipment follows the same 3–7 business day timeline post quality verification.

Unboxing Video: For return or damage claims, you may be required to provide an unboxing video clearly showing the Delmeds seal/tape on the package.

Refund Policy

Refund Conditions: Refunds are initiated only when returned products are received in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Refund Timeline: Once the return is received and passes quality check, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and should reflect in your bank statement within that period, depending on your bank.

* In some cases, processing of returns or replacements may take longer due to stock availability or courier constraints.
