Cancellations and Refunds policy

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please take a moment to create an unboxing video as evidence and keep all packaging materials along with the damaged items. It's important to submit your claim within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy: Once your order has been dispatched from our hub or the tracking number is updated, cancellation is not possible. We rely on third-party courier partners for delivery, making it challenging to cancel orders after dispatch. Any delivery queries or issues will be promptly escalated to our courier partner.

Cancellation due to Returned Shipment: If your shipment is returned to our Delmeds warehouse due to reasons such as RTO (Return to Origin) or rejection by the courier or customer, cancellation will be processed once the shipment reaches our warehouse and undergoes a quality check. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days.
Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation if you cancel an order that has already been handed over to our delivery partner. In such cases, kindly refuse to accept the order's delivery. Once we receive the order back in our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

Return and Exchange Policy:
At Delmeds, we aim to consistently provide our customers with accurate and undamaged medicines/Products with every order. We encourage our customers to inspect the delivered products upon receipt and reach out to us immediately if any discrepancies are noticed. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.

Initiating a Return Request: You can initiate a return request up to 7 business days after receiving your order.

Replacement and Reshipping Fee: Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. Suppose you change your mind and want to exchange the product for another. In that case, we only provide replacements or exchanges in the hair dye/colour category, and you will be responsible for bearing the courier charges in case of replacement.

Return for Refund: If you wish to return a product, don't worry; we'll arrange a return pick-up. However, in some cases, you may need to bear the courier charges. Additionally, before returning the shipment, please ensure to take a printout of the shipping label provided and paste it on the return order. (Note: we will share the shipping label with you via e-mail).
For quality check at the time of return pickup, you must share three images of the product in advance. Product image criteria are given below:

  1. Image showing that product is Unopened, sealed, and unused.
  2. The product is in the same condition as we have shipped.
  3. Product image with the packaging material.

Return Conditions: Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging without any signs of tampering. The outer carton should be undamaged, and the security seal and barcode must remain intact, damaged, or broken.

Quality Check and Re-shipment: If a replacement is not approved, the same item will be re-shipped after undergoing a quality check.

Unboxing Video: For return purposes, you may be required to provide an unboxing video of the product with the Delmeds seal/tape visible.

Refund Conditions: Refunds will only be initiated if the products are returned in their original packaging with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

Refund Time: Refunds may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your bank statement.
